If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide 24 hours before your scheduled appointment and text us on 0411833475. 

Any cancellation or reschedule made within 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to $30 for brow treatment, $50 for any lash treatment.

Any cancellations or reschedule for all cosmetic tattoo treatments made within 48 hours will result in a fee of $100.

If you are more than 10 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.

All deposits are non-refundable.

All cosmetic tattoo treatments require a $100 deposit to secure the booking.
